Civilkurage genom Forum Theatre
Practice-based interventions that take schools from silence to action — for Malmö's schools, municipalities and organisations.
That Remi
Two Decades of Institutional Change Work
I'm Remi Tawoshe, a Nigerian-born, Bristol-raised and Malmö-based multidisciplinary artist and facilitator with more than two decades of experience across theatre, youth work, education, social impact practice and community-led creative engagement.
Over those two decades, I've worked across theatre, dance, hip-hop arts, film, radio, education, social enterprise, and professional cookery. My practice is consistently rooted in community engagement, diaspora storytelling, and empowering young people through creative expression.
My approach draws on Theatre of the Oppressed and on using performance as a tool for examining systems, building empathy, and rehearsing possible change. I facilitate transformative workshops that help organisations address systemic issues and develop practical solutions for integration, anti-racism, and belonging.
